RoRo Shipping
Roll-on/Roll-off is a method used to transport ambulances, heavy duty trucks, heavy construction and agriculture machinery which cannot fit in cargo shipping containers. Also, other vehicles can be shipped via RoRo if you prefer this method. The vehicles are driven onto and off of the vessel. The name Roll-on/Roll-off comes from the fact that vehicles roll-on/roll-off the ship’s ramp, as they are driven on and off the ship. Once loaded on the RoRo vessel, each vehicle is tied down securely in its designated spot until it reaches the port of destination. This shipping method is highly efficient and extremely cost-effective when compared to container shipping. It advantages include: fast transit time, reliable departure, reliable arrival dates. And, the vehicles are well protected, especially against sea waves.
Full Container Load
The most commonly used containers to ship internationally are 20-foot and 40-foot containers. Shipping a full container load has a quick transit time because one person will book the full container and the items can be shipped immediately. Relocation companies, non-profit organizations, household goods shippers and movers prefer this method of shipment when shipping overseas. We have professional container packers who can load, brace, and strap your cars, household goods, and personal effects to sustain the rigors of ocean shipment.
